ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITION OF SEASON PARKING

Thank you for applying for season parking facilities at our car park. We regret to inform that at the present time, we are unable to offer permanent season parking as this facility has been allocated to various tenants according to their occupancy of floor space.

However, we are able to offer you temporary season parking facility on a month to month basis for the time being. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions ( additional ). All other terms and conditions present in the application form and our website remain.

1. All vehicles under this scheme must strictly park at the designated level / (s).
2. Cancellation of “Temporary season parking ” privileges will result in the event where (1) season passcard holders are found to be parking at non-designated levels/areas. (2) season passcard holders who do not pay their parking fees punctually.
3. This temporary season parking facility is offered on a month to month basis.
4. The company reserves the right to terminate the “Temporary season parking” facilities by giving TWO (2) week notice.
